Clear terms for using our products.

1. Agreement and operator

By using a covered service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse a service, break the law, interfere with security, access another person's account, submit harmful code, scrape protected data, or use the service to harass, defraud or harm others.

4. Product and regulated-service boundaries

Each product provides only the functions described in that product. Where a service connects users with independent merchants, clinics, practitioners, carriers or payment providers, those parties remain responsible for the services they directly provide.

Medical or health-related features are not emergency services. For an emergency in Thailand, call 1669 or seek immediate in-person care. Clinical decisions remain with licensed practitioners.

5. Fees, purchases and refunds

Prices and billing terms are shown before purchase. Taxes or third-party charges may apply. Refund eligibility follows the product-specific policy and mandatory consumer law. App Store purchases are also subject to Apple's payment and refund processes.

6. App license

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or distribute it except where applicable law permits.

Apps downloaded from Apple's App Store are also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

FGC and its licensors retain rights in the services, software, brands and original content. You keep rights in content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display it for the service. We may use voluntary feedback without restriction or payment.

8. Availability and third-party services

Services may change, pause or end. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment or a material breach. You may stop using a service and request account deletion at any time, subject to required record retention.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, FGC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of a service.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
